Introduction of a complete kit for recording ultrasound in air (see USG 116-200 and the UltraSoundGate advertising flyer). The newly designed condenser microphone and the additional polarization voltage supply circuit that has been added to the UltraSoundGate 116-200 provide superior sound quality for recording bat calls.

In order to simplify the operation of hydrophones, two dedicated hydrophone interface boxes are now available (see https://www.avisoft.com/ultrasound-microphones/charge-amplifier/) . A specific envelope tracking option has been added to the Avisoft-RECORDER software for acoustically monitoring cetacean echolocation clicks.
